Paddy Castle is a small sandstone outcrop in the middle of Victoria Valley and this is a short steep walk to the lookout with great 360° views of the Victoria Valley and the surrounding ranges.
It is signposted off the Glenelg River Road and it is only about 350m to the lookout from the carpark.
From the carpark, west of Boreang Campground, walk through shrubby heathland to the edge of Paddy Castle. Follow the track and a short rock scramble takes you to the top.
